Quality Assurance Engineer - Unified Communications

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Unified Communications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, with a focus on Unified Communications. As a key member of the System Verification Test team, you'll provide technical leadership to a team of engineers and contribute significantly to Shure's legacy of delivering superior audio and video solutions that transform the Unified Communications industry.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced testing strategies that enhance product development and performance across all UC components. Your expertise in Unified Communications will drive our product quality initiatives, enhancing how people connect and collaborate globally.

  1. Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers dedicated to ensuring our communication products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  2. Cultivate the skills of your team members by providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
  3. Contribute significantly to Shure's legacy of delivering superior audio and video solutions that transform the Unified Communications industry.
  4. Craft detailed, comprehensive, and meticulously structured test plans and test cases.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced testing strategies that enhance product development and performance across all UC components.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans that address the unique requirements of UC environments.
  • Identify and document defects and issues related to UC products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve product quality.
