Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Glade Run Lutheran Services. As a licensed clinician, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients with various mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide counseling services to clients, including individual, family, and group therapy
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate case files
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Attend regular supervisory sessions and maintain licensure
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a clinical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Licensure in a recognized clinical discipline
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
