The primary role of the Sterile Instrument Technician is to ensure the highest level of sterilization techniques and set up for surgeries, supporting the success of our surgical team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning and Sterilization: Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly cleaned and sterilized to maintain a sterile environment.
  2. Patient Care Areas: Clean and maintain patient care areas to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our patients.
  3. Supporting the Surgical Team: Assist the surgical team with setup and preparation for surgeries, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  4. Logistics and Administration: Complete paperwork and logging as directed, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  5. Other Duties: Perform other duties as directed by management or the surgical team.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 80 hours of PTO per year, paid holidays, scrubs/uniforms provided, CPR & licensure renewal provided.
  • Qualifications:
  • Dental Experience: Previous dental experience or recent Dental Assistant certification.
  • Certification: Ability to obtain BLS certification within one month of hire, provided by the practice.
  • Customer Service: Customer or patient care experience.
