About the Role

At United Home Health Services, our dedicated team of professionals is committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, such as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers and ambulation.
  • Assist with medication management and administration.
  • Document client care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Recent experience as a Nursing Assistant in a nursing home or hospital setting, or recent experience as a Home Health Aide.
  • Student Nurse with medical-surgical clinical experience.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must pass a written test with at least an 80% test score.
  • B.L.S. from the American Heart Association (AHA) within 30 days of hire.
  • Nurse's Aide State Certification is optional.
  • Current driver's license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile required.
