Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC operator to join our team at PDQ,Inc. in a First Shift CNC Mill-Turn role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating numerically controlled multi-axis turning and/or milling machines with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand drawings and operation sheets including knowledge of GD&T.
  • Set up and operate complex, precision machining jobs.
  • Perform first piece in process inspection using standard measuring equipment.
  • Ensure all quality procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
  • 3-5 years of CNC multi-axis turning or milling machining experience.
  • Demonstrated skill working in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude required.

Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience. Company Description: Manufacturer of aerospace components. We have experienced growth over the last 10+ years. Our salary range for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
