Salary and Benefits
The compensation package includes $120K - $135K per year + Full Benefits. This attractive offer reflects our commitment to rewarding and supporting our healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities
As an Advanced Care Provider, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Providing comprehensive care and services to our adult patients
• Conducting routine check-ups, examinations, and diagnoses
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Educating patients on health and wellness strategies
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• Current or eligible New York Nurse Practitioner License
• Previous experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care (desired but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
