Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers to and from assigned locations, ensuring their safe loading and unloading, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport passengers to and from designated locations, adhering to scheduled routes and times.
  • Ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers, including the use of specialized equipment for passengers with special needs.
  • Help passengers with luggage as needed.
  • Inspect vehicles regularly to identify any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues.
  • Perform routine cleaning and bus maintenance activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plans and coordinate bus evacuation activities as necessary.
  • Report any incidents or claims to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
  • Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment, keeping accurate fuel use logs.
  • Maintain a clean work environment, disinfecting the shuttle after each use.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • No experience required, with on-the-job training provided.
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
  • This role may require a CDL with a specific class and endorsement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of prior work experience as a passenger shuttle driver is preferred.
