About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused SkiBra Shuttle Driver to join our team at Shanty Creek Resorts. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our guests.

This is a seasonal position with variable hours, requiring a professional driver with a valid chauffeur's license. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to guest service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the Skibra shuttle, transporting skiers and guests safely to and from designated resort locations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shuttle, ensuring it is presented in a safe and welcoming condition.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and functionality, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of professional driving experience.
  • A valid chauffeur's license.
  • A high school diploma or equivalency.
  • Ability to pass a background screening prior to employment.
