Job Summary
The EAP Specialist position at Premier Health Partners is a dynamic role that requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As the first point of contact for incoming counseling services requests, you will work closely with counselors and account contacts to provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling services to employees and schedule client sessions, events, and meetings.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs to create and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Anticipate scheduling problems and work independently or with a team to resolve them.
- Reliable transportation is required.
Requirements
- High School completion or GED required; Associates Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of job-related experience, preferably in medical and professional settings.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Social Work Assistant experience.
- Healthcare background desirable.
