Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Martinsville Health and Rehab Center. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide basic care such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation assistance.
  • Transport residents to treatment units using wheelchairs or stretchers.
  • Monitor residents' conditions, recording food and liquid intake and output, and vital signs.
  • Perform clerical duties such as processing documents and detailing residents' condition.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Virginia.
  • 1+ year of experience working as a CNA in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Benefits

  • $16.50 per hour - $17.50 per hour based on experience.
