Job Title: Hostess

At Georgia Blue, we are seeking a friendly and welcoming Hostess to join our team. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets guests warmly and welcomes them to Georgia Blue
  • Manages the hostess stand, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary items
  • Coordinates seating arrangements, ensuring guests are seated in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answers phone calls and takes to-go orders, providing excellent customer service
  • Assists with cleaning and bussing tables, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area
  • Monitors waitlists, providing accurate wait times and updates to guests
  • Provides exceptional service, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
