Job Title: Telehealth Psychiatrist

Health Advocates Network is seeking a skilled Telehealth Psychiatrist to join our team. As a Telehealth Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients remotely.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with psychiatric conditions, including assessing their mental health and developing treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and monitor patients' progress, including laboratory values and special procedures.
  • Document patient interactions, including admission summaries, discharge summaries, and other necessary documentation.
  • Communicate with patients' relatives, healthcare proxies, and community psychiatrists to enhance patient care and facilitate discharge.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Psychiatrist.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong leadership qualities.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and a valid CPR card (American Heart Association).
  • Up-to-date credentials in the state of NC.
