Key ResponsibilitiesThe Custodial Team Leader will:
- Facilitate training sessions that cover customer service, safety protocols, compliance, and company policies.
- Provide individualized training as necessary.
- Update and instruct on the proper use of janitorial equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe chemical handling.
- Prepare and revise training materials as needed; assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Offer constructive feedback on new team members during their orientation; review training records to ensure compliance.
- Recommend disciplinary actions to the training coordinator when necessary.
- Conduct monthly safety performance reviews to ensure adherence to OSHA and other relevant regulations.
- Perform building inspections as needed.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
