We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our engineering team at JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to guest repair requests, and communicating effectively with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on hotel equipment and machinery.
  • Respond to and attend to guest repair requests.
  • Communicate effectively with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and vocational or technical background.
  • Extensive experience and training in general maintenance, electrical or refrigeration, parts inventory and requisition, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
  • At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
