- Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing on sensors, potentiometers, and other products.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to electrical performance, signal integrity, and functionality.
- Use specialized test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and environmental chambers.
- Analyze test data, identify trends, and recommend design improvements.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability and manufacturability.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Support production and assist in resolving any production-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical testing, preferably in sensor or electronics manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using test equipment and software tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with MIL-STD and aerospace standards is a plus.
