Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and fostering strong relationships with subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, overseeing inventory checks, and resolving any issues that may arise on site.

Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction operations management
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Manage subcontractors and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Maintain high-quality standards and resolve issues on site
