Clinical Trials Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Trials Nurse to join our Pediatric Clinical Research Program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. As a Clinical Trials Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of pediatric cancer research.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to research study participants as an integral member of the clinical research team.
- Implement the standards for research protocols in compliance with regulatory, institutional, and external agencies.
- Work within a Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model.
- Perform patient assessment, offer patient education, and patient/family support.
- Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care to patients throughout various stages of treatment on protocol and follow-up.
- Coordinate research and clinical activities to meet patient care needs and study requirements, and communicate with investigators.
- Assure patient safety and protocol integrity by addressing patient care needs and ensuring accurate data collection.
- New York State RN license
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
- Three years clinical Nursing experience
- Pediatric Oncology or General Oncology experience required
- Clinical research nursing experience preferred
- Proficiency with clinical and office software (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
