About the Role

The Cafeteria Associate will provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a clean and safe environment in the hospital cafeteria. This role is responsible for operating the point-of-sale system, preparing and serving food, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold food items
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the cafeteria
  • Restock food and supplies as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
Requirements
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Prior food service experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
