Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other members of the nursing team as needed.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- One year of RN experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- BLS certification.
- Preferred: National Certification in area of specialty.
