Job Title: Judo Instructor - Member Experience Specialist

About the Role:
At UFC Gym Lancaster, we're seeking a highly skilled Judo Instructor to lead our Private Training sessions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, driving revenue growth, and embodying our Train Different philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and conduct Private & Small Group Training with members, focusing on building strong relationships and promoting a positive gym culture.
  • Assist members in achieving their fitness goals through personalized training programs and encouragement.
  • Maintain accurate administration of client programs, measurement tracking, and workout programs, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Participate in all revenue-generating activities, including complimentary workouts, seminars, workshops, and other events.

Member Experience:
  • Foster a service-oriented mindset, prioritizing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all members.
  • Embody the UFC Gym brand values, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere that reflects our Train Different philosophy.
  • Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life by leading by example and setting high standards for yourself and others.
  • Conduct safe and effective private training sessions, maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized fitness floor, adhering to UFC Gym's high standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of related teaching experience, preferably in a fitness or sports coaching environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
