Job Title: Travel CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel CT Technologist to join our team at Planet Healthcare.

About the Job

This is a 13-week travel assignment with a 40-hour workweek, working 10-hour night shifts. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and immobilizing them as needed
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as required
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Computed Tomography (CT)
  • At least 2 years of experience in CT scanning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
