Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AODA Counselor to join our team at Marinette County. As an AODA Counselor, you will provide critical support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the necessary services to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct AODA evaluations and assessments to identify individual needs
  • Provide crisis consults, information, and referral services to assigned caseload
  • Develop and implement case management plans to support individuals with disabilities
  • Perform OWI assessments to ensure public safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of AODA principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills
