Job Title: Hub Driver

AutoZone is seeking a reliable and skilled Hub Driver to join our team. As a Hub Driver, you will be responsible for delivering parts to and from AutoZone stores and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for customers.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and management direction, including fleet and safety policies.
  • Comply with safe driving rules and procedures and ensure parts are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
  • Maintain a safe driving and working environment, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Properly maintain company vehicles, complete daily vehicle checklists, and report any maintenance issues.
  • Drive company vehicles to deliver parts to AutoZone stores, ensuring safe loading and unloading of parts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery documentation is generated and filed.
  • Keep company vehicles clean and presentable.
  • Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, and vehicles.
  • Process and restock returns from route deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Assist DIY customers between deliveries by utilizing ZNET to help locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet AutoZone's driving requirements.
  • Drivers must be 21 years or older.
