Your expertise will be essential in ensuring accurate and timely test results, contributing to the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laboratory tests and procedures in Blood Bank, Microbiology, Manual Procedures, and Automated Procedures.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of laboratory procedures, instruments, and equipment.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient test processing and result reporting.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain laboratory accreditation.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies, techniques, and regulations in the field of medical laboratory science.
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- MLT (ASCP or AMT) or MT (ASCP or AMT) or MLS (ASCP) certification.
- Less than one year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
