About the Role

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team at Sheppard Pratt, a leading provider of mental health services in the Baltimore area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with a range of psychiatric diagnoses, including trauma disorders, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, behavioral diagnoses, addiction, and more.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Maryland or compact state.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • New grad residency program available in most units.
