The Position

The Peer to Peer Tech & Innovation Associate will assist in the management and optimization of the Peer-to-Peer HCP engagement ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with IT teams and external partners to enhance system performance, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve the accuracy and timeliness of HCP engagement records.

The associate will support efforts to adapt and optimize systems, implement new technologies, and drive continuous improvement in user experience and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role includes assisting in the evaluation of pilot programs and helping establish benchmarks for system performance to maintain high standards and align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing budgets related to HCP engagement technologies
  • Support the management and enhancement of integrated SaaS and internal systems to ensure compliance with both internal and external reporting requirements
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a multi-year technology roadmap for the HCP engagement ecosystem
  • Support efforts to adapt and optimize systems to improve data entry and reduce corrective actions
  • Assist in implementing next-gen technologies such as Virtual Speaker Program platforms
  • Help establish, monitor, and analyze metrics and KPIs to recommend improvements in processes and systems
  • Support the evaluation of pilot results and make recommendations for broader implementation based on effectiveness and scalability
  • Support the establishment of benchmarks for system performance and use satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, technology management, healthcare, or related field
  • Experience in executing technology-driven projects, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Basic understanding of digital transformation and workflow optimization processes
  • Experience with the pharmaceutical or life science industry preferred
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization and outside agencies
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail and proven track record of results and follow-up
