Speech Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at HealthPRO Heritage. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing speech and language services to students in a school setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to identify students' speech and language deficits
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students' need for services or dismissal from services
  • Participate in the IEP process to develop present levels of performance, goals, and objectives, and treatment recommendations
  • Provide speech therapy sessions using current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP
  • Maintain all documentation required by the district and ASHAs code of ethics
Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential offered by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Must hold a current license to practice in the state of Tennessee or a valid type 10 or be eligible for licensure through completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year
  • Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development
