We are seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our team at Land Rover Boston Jaguar Boston.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle registrations, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CVR Processing: Process all in-state registrations through CVR in accordance with state regulations
  • Document Preparation: Prepare necessary documents for out-of-state registrations
  • Title Maintenance: Payoff liens, track titles, and maintain an accurate list of title status
  • Inventory Management: Enter new and used inventory
  • Wholesale Processing: Process wholesales
  • Customer Communication: Contact banks to obtain titles and/or lien releases
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all vehicle registration transactions
Requirements:
  • CVR Certification: Must be CVR certified
  • Automotive Experience: Previous experience in automotive accounting is helpful
  • Skill Set: Excellent follow-through and time management skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000-$60,000 based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid training, paid time off, and holiday pay.
