Compensation: $18.74/hour plus an additional $2.00 per hour for weekend shifts.
Available Shifts:
- Weekend: 2 daytime shifts, 1 evening shift - *female only
- Early Morning: 6am-2pm - 1 shift *female only
- Day: 1 shift *female only
- Evening: 9 shifts - *1 shift female only
We are excited to offer a part-time position as a Residential Support Specialist within our Community Living Department. This department is dedicated to fostering inclusive and nurturing residential settings where individuals can flourish and reach their fullest potential.
Role Responsibilities: As a Residential Support Specialist, you will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their journey towards a fulfilling life. This involves collaborating with a team in a small residential home environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting residents with essential life skills and household tasks such as meal planning, laundry, and light cleaning, as well as assisting with personal care, administering medications, and providing necessary transportation.
Work Schedule: We are looking for candidates to fill various shifts throughout the week and on weekends.

- No prior experience is required; training will be provided, and you will be compensated for all training sessions.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Willingness to complete CPR, First Aid, Certified Medication Technician, and other required training.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and maneuver at least 50 pounds frequently and occasionally lift over 100 pounds.
- Capability to endure prolonged periods of standing and frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, and pushing.
- Ability to assist individuals with mobility, including transferring them from chairs to vehicles and securing them in wheelchairs.
