About the Role

We are seeking a Project Delivery Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing end-to-end IT projects in a client-facing role. With 7+ years of experience in IT engineering, you will lead technical aspects of projects, mentor junior technicians, and ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within scope, and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, monitor progress, and overcome challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including design diagrams, configurations, and deployment guides.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert-level knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Extensive experience with email migrations, including Exchange to Microsoft 365 and third-party platforms.

Benefits:
