Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, mixing and serving a variety of cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities
  • Bar Setup and Maintenance: Ensure the bar is properly stocked and set up for daily operations, including requisitioning and stocking of beer, wine, spirits, and other essentials.
  • Drink Preparation: Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
  • Guest Service: Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, promote and document orders, and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Cash Handling: Input orders into the register, create checks, and balance all moneys.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels, cut and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, and ensure product quality.
Requirements
  • Basic Knowledge: Possess basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages.
  • Mathematical Skills: Demonstrate basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, and total guest checks.
  • Physical Abilities: Possess sufficient manual dexterity to use a knife, pick up glassware and bottles, scoop ice, and reach overhead to retrieve stock.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
