PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers at our Sheetz Convenience Restaurant.

KEY DUTIES:

  1. Act as a hospitality representative by warmly greeting customers and ensuring a superior service experience.
  2. Efficiently prepare food and beverage offerings to meet customer satisfaction.
  3. Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols to guarantee quality products.
  4. Process customer transactions with accuracy and ensure compliance with age-restricted product regulations.
  5. Restock foodservice and beverage supplies as needed.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
  7. Promote and uphold the Sheetz brand values.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Prior experience in a food service or retail setting is advantageous.

  • Strong dedication to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication abilities, particularly in engaging with customers.
