Position Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
As an Electronic Assembly Technician II, you will be responsible for a variety of mechanical assembly tasks, including:
  • Following established methods and sequences for assembling components.
  • Executing soldering, bonding, and testing procedures.
  • Performing routine troubleshooting and manufacturing of transducers.
  • Utilizing your extensive knowledge of build processes to ensure quality output.

Demonstrate your skills in sensor manufacturing by efficiently completing daily tasks while adhering to standard times and maintaining product quality. Familiarity with the MRP system is essential.

Key Duties:
Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures. You will:
  • Apply your skills and knowledge to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Handle semi-routine assignments while recognizing when deviations from standard practices are necessary.
  • Work with small tools for precise assembly and testing of sensors.
  • Design and fabricate support tooling as well as generate assembly procedures.
  • Operate specialized machinery used in sensor fabrication.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A High School Diploma.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in hand soldering and microscope usage.
  • Experience in a lean manufacturing setting.

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key abilities include:
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Capability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail.
