Key Responsibilities
  • Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers to enhance client retention.
  • Creating insurance quotes, reviewing policy renewals, and preparing necessary insurance documentation.
  • Viewing each client interaction as a chance for education and account enhancement.
  • Communicating with clients, carriers, and colleagues in a professional manner across all channels.

Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty License is advantageous. We will cover all licensing costs if not already licensed.
  • Experience in Insurance Customer Service is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Intermediate technology and computer proficiency.
  • A collaborative team player who is self-driven and motivated to excel.
