Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a General Manager at our Rockaway location. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of leadership experience managing a large staff, excellent communication skills, and a strong moral compass. They will be responsible for leading the team in delivering exceptional customer service, managing operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Manage a diverse crew, provide guidance, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Drive Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase sales, manage inventory, and optimize store operations.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the lobby, stations, and equipment are clean, sanitary, and orderly at all times.
- Develop Staff: Train and develop staff, maintain training standards, and promote a positive work environment.
