Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented DSD Receiver to join our team. As a DSD Receiver, you will be responsible for prioritizing daily work, acquiring and sharing knowledge of the DSD Department, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize Daily Work: Prioritize daily tasks based on varying business needs and ensure timely completion.
  • Acquire and Share Knowledge: Acquire and share knowledge of the DSD Department with team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Maintain high standards of quality and service in the receiving area and surrounding workspace.
  • Process Invoices and Transfers: Scan invoices, complete not on files, and process product transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Unload Daily Deliveries: Receive and unload daily product deliveries in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Compliance with Company Policies: Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sense of Urgency: Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
  • Minimal Supervision: Able to work with minimal supervision and take initiative when needed.
  • Production Driven: Production driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks while standing.
  • Lifting and Moving: Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible Schedule: Able to work a non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings.
  • Extreme Conditions: Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions, hot or cold.
