We are seeking a skilled Master Guitar Technician to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while providing top-notch repair services for customer-owned instruments.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive and personalized experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with precision and craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work in a timely manner
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
