POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Audit Coordinator is responsible for executing a range of daily tasks associated with our client's audit deliverables and internal audit initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Client Audit Specialist to compile all necessary materials for both onsite and remote client audits, ensuring timely submission.
  • Address recurring audits, such as monthly cost audits, which involves retrieving documents from the system of record and coordinating the assembly of documentation from department managers.
  • Organize and maintain all client audit information for easy retrieval.
  • Exemplify the Firm's core values in all interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and commitments.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities are required.
  • Familiarity with the legal process is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Quick learning ability with effective problem-solving skills.
  • A reliable work ethic and commitment to delivering quality service are essential.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening, credit check, and background check with no felonies.
