Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at a reputable Law Firm. As a key member of our collection team, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to customers to discuss account balances and payment arrangements.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and ability to apply it in a professional setting.
  • Previous experience in debt collection or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
