Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Community Healthcare Network, a leading Federally Qualified Health Center serving underserved communities in Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens.
Salary and BenefitsThis is a competitive full-time opportunity offering a salary of $120,000 per year, a generous benefits package, and the chance to work with a dynamic team providing primary care services to medically underserved communities throughout New York City.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care to our patients. This includes:
- Providing comprehensive health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with nursing staff, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in primary care
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid Family Nurse Practitioner license in New York State
- No less than two years of post-graduate experience delivering primary care services in an ambulatory setting
