  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • At least one year of experience in retail or customer service is required
  • Minimum of one year in a leadership role is necessary
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly and remain standing for extended periods
  • Ability to assemble and relocate racks and shelves, including transporting items up and down stairs
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, and weekends
