Experienced RN Leader for Home Health Care

A leading home health care provider, Amedisys, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to take on a clinical management role. This position offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Compensation PackageThe annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $120,000, accompanied by a quarterly bonus program. Additionally, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including choice of PPO or HSA medical plans, paid time off, and wellness rewards. Other benefits include mental health support, 401(k) with company match, and family support.
About the RoleIn this key leadership position, you will be responsible for recommending employment decisions for staff, ensuring overall quality of patient care, and organizing clinical operations for the care center. You will also review patient eligibility and suitability for home care services, oversee scheduling, payor verification, and precertification requirements, and assist clinicians in establishing patient goals and developing Plan of Care. Furthermore, you will participate in on-call process and staff training.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should possess one year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice, as well as one year of RN management experience. You must also hold a current RN license specific to the state(s) assigned to work and have current CPR certification.
