We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.
Job Summary
This is a 36-hour per week, full-time weekend night shift position that requires the ability to work rotating shifts, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Aid patients with movement and placement, as well as assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
- Report findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff, documenting necessary records.
- Maintain patient rooms in a clean, orderly condition, ensuring medical equipment is functioning properly.
Requirements
- BLS Provider certification obtained within one month of hire date required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
- Nurse Aide certification preferred.
- High School diploma equivalency or one year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
