Café Leadership Opportunity:
The Refined Restaurant Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Lead to join our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café during your shifts.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate team member activities
• Manage daily shift operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, labor, guest service, food quality, and cultural initiatives
• Be a guest advocate and communicate needs to crew members to ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage risk management issues and report them according to company standards

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Minimum 6 months of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), POS systems, and able to adapt to new systems quickly
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, kneel, bend, stoop, ascend or descend stairs, reach, and grasp objects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
