Key Responsibilities

Production Management
  • Ensure optimal efficiency in product assembly.
  • Guarantee timely fulfillment of all orders.
  • Establish and assess production targets, focusing on both quantity and quality.
Facility Oversight
  • Maintain production facilities in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Utilize equipment effectively to meet order demands.
Safety Compliance
  • Enforce all safety regulations, ensuring training is current and equipment is properly maintained.
  • Document all safety training and maintenance activities.
  • Foster open communication with all team members regarding safety matters.
Product Line Promotion
  • Collaborate with the Merchandise Manager and Buyer to optimize product placement and marketing efforts, enhancing sales for manufacturing products.
  • Keep an updated pricing catalog.
Training and Development
  • Assist Manager Trainees during their onboarding process to ensure they feel welcomed and informed about their environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback to Manager Trainees regarding their performance.
Maximize profitability while balancing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock turnover and availability.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing or related fields.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contemporary sales and management strategies.
  • Proficient in clear and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Capable of addressing concerns tactfully with guests and team members.
  • Strong understanding of the construction sector.
