Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Electronics Specialist to join our team at Paladin Technologies. This role will involve the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electronic systems for our clients across North America.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $27.00ph to $40.00ph, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, we offer a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, company-provided basic life insurance, AD&D, short-term disability, telemedicine & virtual counseling, voluntary insurances, HSA & FSA accounts, and a 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, test, and maintain complex electronic systems, including IP security, alarms & monitoring, audio visual, low-voltage infrastructure, and networking.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues with electronic systems, using AC/DC theory and other technical skills.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to understand system requirements and ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Technical Skills: A strong understanding of AC/DC theory, as well as proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the electronics field, with daily use of AC/DC theory.
  • Licensing and Certifications: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and the ability to obtain a Power Limited Technician (PLT) license in Wyoming, New Mexico, or other locality within 2 years.
