Your Role:
As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our psychiatric units. Your responsibilities will include assessing staffing needs, implementing staff-to-patient ratios, maintaining established policies and procedures, and acting as a liaison between patients, families, case managers, doctors, and other stakeholders.
You will be part of a dynamic team that values integrity, stewardship, empowerment, diversity, and professional excellence, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care and promote a culture of compassion and excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of unit staffDevelop and implement policies and proceduresCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goalsProvide education and training to staffMonitor and report on unit operationsRequirements:
BSN or minimum of 5 years of psychiatric nursing experienceProven leadership and supervisory skillsAbility to communicate effectively with diverse groupsBenefits:
