Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of stockroom and sales associates to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receiving, stocking, and processing of merchandise.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and organized stockroom environment.
  • Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 1 year experience in retail leadership role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, email, and telephone.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
