We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty LPN to join our team. As a Private Duty LPN, you will provide one-on-one care to our clients, working flexible schedules that meet their needs.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
