At Guy F. Atkinson Construction, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a union contractor, we work on a referral process from the local union halls for the hiring of all craft workers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in constructing, repairing, and installing building frameworks and structures made from wood and other materials. They will also be responsible for constructing formwork for placement of concrete, assembling columns or wall formwork, and erecting temporary handrails and associated safety-related items.

The Carpenter will work on various projects, including bridge construction, and will be required to saw, strip, nail, burn, measure, tighten/loosen bolts, and drill as needed.

The successful candidate will also have supervisory experience, as they will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling a crew of eight or more carpenters.

We offer competitive pay and benefits for craft roles, determined by Collective Bargaining Agreements with each of our Union partners.
